其实我知道中国很多人都还几百年来一直过这种日子，但是我始终不明白，为什么没有一天天变好。我们中的任何一个人都想着明天的日子要比今天好，不是吗？但是，他们好像没想。

It is not fair to blame the people who live thereI believe they do want better live. They may give up because they tried all the possibilities they know. It is very difficult to cross the gap at meantime they have to face lots of problems in their daily life. It doesn’t help just donation some money. It is really the government responsibility to develop this whole area.

No one blames poor people and no one thinks it is totally the responsibilty of gov't. I just don't understand that neither poor people nor the government think about a change. Lives just carry on like that yr aft yr.

什么意思呢？是不是说贫穷的人还没有思变的那么一个状态？这个不求变的态度是好还是不好呢？加拿大的土著，好像也不是政府说变就变的，和中国的苗人怎么比法？
